From school-based programs to activities that take health care out into the community to programs that help prevent illness and injury, we’re dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people of our region.
We’re a not-for-profit community resource that gives back to those we serve.

- This support group has been established for people in the community affected by Parkinson’s to provide support to one another while also learning more about the disease and ways to manage it. Care partners are welcome.
