Hospice/Serenity House
Hospice Touch is a full-service hospice program based out of Tomah Memorial Hospital in Tomah, Wisconsin. We provide outpatient hospice services to the terminally ill and their families in rural central Wisconsin. Hospice services are provided in the person's home by a hospice Team of trained professionals that includes nurses, chaplains, volunteers, social workers, and doctors. These Services promote comfort and caregiver support to allow the person to stay at home, if at all possible.
Hospice Touch has a satellite office at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, Wisconsin, and also has contracts with Tomah Memorial Hospital, Tomah, Wisconsin; Mile Bluff Medical Center, Mauston, Wisconsin; and Adams Memorial Hospital, Adams, Wisconsin for hospice inpatient acute and respite needs.
Hospice Touch is licensed by the state of Wisconsin, certified by Medicare, and accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Active members of National Hospice Organization and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization of Wisconsin.
Serenity House, a four-bed hospice residence in Tomah, Wisconsin, is available to persons enrolled in the hospital program who, for whatever reason, can no longer remain in their own home. Individualized care by staff and volunteers and special design of the house, yard, and decks provide outdoor space and home-like comfort.

Hospice Touch provides care in the home within a 30-40 mile radius from Tomah and Mauston to include parts of the following counties (see map below): Monroe, Jackson, Juneau, Adams, Sauk and Vernon.Our offices are in Tomah, Mauston, and Friendship.
