With 16 full-time therapists on staff, Tomah Memorial Hospital not only offers a wide range of outpatient rehab specialties, we also employ more Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists than any other facility in the area.
Our team of experienced therapists utilize the latest technologies in evaluating each patient’s unique needs and then create a personalized recovery program to ensure a positive and effective therapeutic experience for the patient.
Physical Therapy (PT)
Physical Therapy Director Tim Kortbein and the PT team specialize in helping those recovering from an injury or illness, compromised physical condition, surgery or other medical procedure. Our team provides one-on-one attention in our conveniently located, state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility.
PT specialties include:
- Strength and Conditioning
- Athletic training
- Women’s Health
- Wound Care
Using Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO), the physical therapists are better able to assess a patient’s abilities and difficulties through a health status questionnaire the patient completes on an iPad. Through this advanced technology, the therapists can track patient satisfaction and provide patients with peace of mind by offering a more concrete timeline of how long rehab may take to complete.
